Triplex Rebuild

        A local Design-Build project that maintains an existing footprint and foundation of an old building to create a 3-unit rental property with heated garage. Information gathered during demolition for a renovation altered the original design but thanks to our teams intercommunication these changes were made fast and smoothly.
