SIMPLE | MODERN | EFFICIENT

        The new Warrior PATHH building is a 5,000SF multipurpose facility with brand new kitchen and serving area, cafeteria space, a small and large event space for classes, presentations, and speakers, as well as a variety of office spaces and breakout rooms. Surrounding the building is 1,800SF of covered patios for outdoor activities and social gatherings.

        The central axis that runs throughout the entire building divides the program but also ensures every room has access to natural light and views of the surrounding landscaping.

The Maine Design + Build team were fortunate to have taken part in the design and construction of this projects Phase II, a 12 unit housing building.
