This pluggable contemporary unit features just over 900 square feet across two bedrooms, a full bath, a full alley kitchen, and a flexible dining/entry area.

​The main bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, and living area are all designed around their larger windows to ensure daylight can brighten up the home while capturing key views from around the specified site, depending on orientation. ​

The wide kitchen fosters easy circulation while preparing food, plentiful storage options, as well as full appliances. Extra space has been designed behind the sink to serve has shelving for smaller appliances or the drying of dishware. Oven and dishwasher built-in cabinet options are also available.​

Two flexible bedrooms have been incorporated into the design, with the smaller of the two still providing space for up to a queen sized mattress or two twins. The larger of the two serves as the master with larger closet storage and space for small workspace. Despite these descriptions, the rooms are spacious enough to be used at the clients discretion, including gym space or home office use.
