A classic contemporary design, this gable form is composed of a durable metal roofing shell and a soft wood plank interior. Together they create a unit ready for the Maine climate while alluding to the vernacular form and style.

The bright whites and wood tone living spaces work to spread and reflect the natural light that pours in through large casement windows.

The central hallway and covered patio at the buildings edge allow for a cross breeze during warmer months when the windows and doors can be left open, while also allowing sunlight into the darkest portions of the building.

Alternatively, the lack of a built floor system and the smooth finish of the concrete slab allows for heat retention and cooling, with the option to add a radiant floor system.
